The term ‘ www.hoseshop.net’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website Hoseshop Ltd,  registered address: 5 Ashfield, Pateley Bridge, Harrogate, North Yorkshire. HG3 5HJ. Company registraion no: 9280333, VAT no: 200 0470 86.  The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website.

Terms of contract.
When you place an order with www.hoseshop.net  we will treat that action as an offer to buy.  Once the order is placed you will receive confirmation in the form of an e-mail and at this time we enter into a contract with you.

Product Specifications and Suitability.
Published product details, specifications and suitability information is the best available at the time. www.hoseshop.net shall not be held responsible for the accuracy of any advice given regarding the suitability (or otherwise) of any product. If you have ordered any item that has an unsuitable product description , we will remedy this by providing you a full refund upon return of the item in good condition.

Availability and Delivery Times.
We do our best to ensure availability of all advertised products and endeavour to despatch all parts within 5 working days. If there is a delay we will inform you of this via e-mail and the product will be despatched as soon as it is available. If you have ordered multiple products they may arrive separately.
www.hoseshop.net has no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of the products ordered. We will do our best to get all orders despatched as quickly as possible. You have the right to cancel delayed orders at any time and get a full refund.

Payment.
Payment can be made over the internet using our secure check out pages using PayPal.

Aternatively you can pay using any major credit or debit card. We will telephone you to arrange for payment and will post a receipt to you with your invoice.

Payment can also be made via a cheque, however your order will not be despatched until the funds have been cleared.

All prices quoted are in pounds sterling (£) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) at the UK rate. It may be necessary to  adjust prices in the event of an increase in VAT rates, or as a result of a manufacturer price increase. You are entitled to a full refund if this is not acceptable.
Your credit card payment will be taken at the point of ordering. If a problem in supply should occur and you would like to cancel your order, we will give a full refund.
If your delivery address is outside the UK, you may be required to pay import duties and taxes when your order reaches your country. These and any additional charges for customs clearance are your responsibility.

Delivery.
Most items will be shipped via next day courier service and will require signing for.
If you haven’t received your delivery within  2 weeks of despatch , they can be declared ‘lost in transit’ and we will arrange a replacement order, deliveries outside the UK, we need to wait 3 weeks before a missing order can be declared ‘lost in transit’.
Please note we cannot offer free delivery over £150.00 to Highlands and Islands.
Cancellation.
Orders can be cancelled at anytime prior to despatch for a full refund. If the order has already been despatched, please see our returns policy below.

Returns.
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, please notify us by e-mail of your intention to return the order, along with a reason for cancellation. We will refund the price of the goods – 15% handling charge, as long as the goods are in perfect, re-saleable condition.
The cost of returning your item(s) must be paid by you.
We cannot accept the return of hoses ordered in specially (products not on our website) and hoses cut to your specific length requirements.
Goods returned because they are faulty or defective must be returned to us in the condition you received them. For UK and EU customers we will pay the carriage costs for returning the item(s) to us. For customers outside the EU you will need to pay the return carriage costs.

Liability.
www.hoseshop.net shall not be liable for incidental damages or expenses. This includes but is not limited to, damage to property, lost income, profits, economic or commercial losses and third party claims.
Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through www.hoseshop.net meet your specific requirements.
We will do our best to despatch all orders as quickly as possible, we have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of the products ordered. You have the right to cancel delayed orders at any time and get a refund prior to the item being despatched.
This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.

Privacy and Disclaimer.
We will never sell or pass on your name and address to any other organisation without your consent. Your details are confidential and you will never receive unsolicited mail as a result of ordering from www.hosehop.net.
www.hoseshop.net maintains a strict privacy policy in full accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
We expect you to maintain the confidentiality of your user name and password for your www.hoseshop.net account.
Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales.
